Kara shares her experience after she had weight loss surgery with us.

"Having the gastric sleeve has completely changed my life for the better. I have so much energy to do things. Before the surgery, I found myself just not having the energy to do anything and just being lazy all the time. It caused me to feel depressed about myself and everything else around me. I felt trapped. My whole life revolved around me obsessing about my weight; not being able to buy the clothes I want because I couldn’t find anything that fit, avoiding picture’s because I hated the way I looked. Now, I love taking pictures! It’s allowing me to create more memories with my family. I have so much energy throughout the day to accomplish things I want, and I’m just overall so much happier.
