Best decision I ever made and have learnt so much along the way. “My workout routine was walking for the first 5 months then I started intense hit training and weight training for the last 7 months. My food varies but I make sure to meal prep every week and tracking my calorie intake that has been my constant. My favorite meal would be cruskets with cottage cheese, tuna and siracha though, high in protein and easy to make”. – Jessica
